Everything you need can be purchased from the various NPC's found the hut there. We have a Fishing Store, Crafting Store, General Store, Bob Barter (Herbs), and Master Farmer (where Ironmen will get their seeds to farm)
Donator Zone's provide some higher level resources with closer banks all for faster XP. The first $10 ::DZ is highly recommened for all.
