70 slayer is required to begin Crystal Slayer.
To get a crystal slayer task use '''::crystal''' or the '''''Teleport -> Dungeons -> Crystal Caves''''' and talk to '''Elf Tracker'''. Tasks cost 1m/GP each. 
A good way to slow the depletion of your cash supply is to high-alch all decent drops, vote twice a day, and do '''[[Seren]]''' each spawn. This should hopefully somewhat balance out the GP flow. 
You can only kill these monsters on-task and have a chance of receiving [[File:Crystal shard 5.png]] '''Crystal shards''', [[File:Crystal weapon seed.png]] '''Crystal weapon seed''', [[File:Crystal armour seed.png]]''' Crystal armour seed''', and an [[File:Crystalline key.png]] '''Crystalline key''' which is used to fight '''[[Hunllef]]'''. 
 

The amount of Crystal shards received scales up with the difficulty of your crystal task. 
Bat, Spider, Unicorn, and Rats drop [[File:Crystal shard 5.png]] 1-5 shards per kill. 
Wolf and Scorpion's drop [[File:Crystal shard 5.png]] 3-10 shards per kill. 
Bear, Dark Beast, and Dragon's drop [[File:Crystal shard 5.png]] 4-15 shards per kill. 
 
Crystal armor and weapons must now be purchased from Lliann near the Crystal Caves. 
Crystal items can be reverted and will return the shards spent but NOT the seed. 
 
Crystal and corrupted now only provides a damage boost when paired with a Bowfa, Bowfa (c), or a Crystal bow 
Crystal = 15% 
Corrupted = 25%
